Unless otherwise stated, Spanish Language Support LLC owns the intellectual property rights in the website. This is a domestic company operating in the state of Missouri.


You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus or other malicious computer software.

You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including, without limitation, scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent.

You must not use this website to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.

You must not use this website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.


You agree that we may record all or any part of any tutoring session scheduled through the services (including voice chat communications) for quality control and other purposes (“Session Recordings”). You agree that you are responsible for supervision of the student during all sessions, whether or not recorded, including any and all information shared by the student. Your student should never share any information he or she may be uncomfortable sharing. If we record a tutoring session, we will make that session available for you to view through the Services for up to seven (8) days after such a session ends. Spanish Language Support may, but shall have no obligation to store Session Recordings thereafter. We reserve the right to review these Session Recordings for any purpose. Spanish Language Support may use excerpts from Session Recordings for the purpose of training Spanish Language Support tutors. Spanish Language Support will not use any Session Recording information publicly that identifies you or the student without your express written permission.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary above, you agree that we own all content associated with Session Recordings (including, but not limited to transcripts and recordings) and all comments that you may provide to us on or through the site, the Services or any other means, such as a part of user satisfaction or other similar surveys (“Feedback”), and that these Terms shall be deemed an irrevocable assignment of all such Session Recordings and Feedback, each portion thereof and all intellectual property rights therein to us.


Spanish Language Support has sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Spanish Language Support of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.


Spanish Language Support  may revise these terms of use for its web site from time to time. This helps us stay up to date with changes to our business and the most current laws. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised version on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this page.
